Order and Delivery
Do You Have a Physical Store?
Yes. We deliver our products to our customers online and also from our physical store.
What is the Status of My Order?
Log in to your account and check your order status by clicking "Order History".
Who Will Make the Delivery?
Orders placed until 13:00 are delivered to the cargo on the same day. Delivery is made by the contracted cargo company.Shipping is free. For orders within Istanbul, the product is delivered and installed within 24 hours.
When Will You Receive the Product?
Delivery is usually made within 1-2 business days after your order arrives. Delays may occur in provinces affected by density and earthquake.
Payment options
Can I shop in installments?
2, 3, 6, 9 installment options are available by credit card.
Is There Payment at the Door?
You can only make payment after the device is installed in Istanbul. There is no payment option at the door, only credit card and bank transfer are accepted.
Assembly and Installation Who Will Install the Device?
Free installation is carried out by our service teams in 81 provinces.
Does the Service Team Coming to the Installation Bring the Device with It?
For orders outside Istanbul, the device is delivered by cargo, and the service team only performs the installation. For orders within Istanbul, the assembly team brings the device.
How is the device assembled?
The installation process is completed in three main steps: faucet installation, plumbing installation and filter preparation. The installation is completed in a maximum of 20-30 minutes.

Do I Need to Create an Account to Order?
Creating an account is not required, but it is useful to view order history and access warranty information.
Do I need to call your service for installation?
You can contact our customer services to make a service appointment. Appointment planning is done by us.
Return and Cancellation Can I Return the Product?
You have the right to return after installation.You can take a look at our return policy.
Can I Return the Product If I Stop Using It?
You can return the product you have received and unused within 14 days.You can take a look at our return policy.
Is There a Money Deduction During the Refund Process?
There is no deduction if the return conditions are met.

Yes, the product can only be delivered to the recipient or his first degree relative.

Refunds are made through the Iyzico payment system.

All our products have a 3-year warranty.
