Your products will be shipped via the couriers contracted by our e-commerce site.
It will be delivered to you via one of the following carriers currently operating in Turkey (Yurtiçi Kargo, PTT Kargo, Sürat, Aras, Kapına Gelsin, Kargo İst, Hepsijet).
Orders under 950 TL are calculated based on product weight and volume for delivery anywhere in Turkey.
950 For orders of £950 and above, the following order amounts qualify for free shipping.
As indicated by the label on each product image, free shipping information is displayed.
- In Turkey, orders received by us between 14:00 and 17:00 in different categories will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 – 17:00 will be dispatched the next working day.
- For bank transfer orders, the time when the payment is credited to the account is taken as the basis.
- If the requested products are in stock, they will be delivered within 1-3 working days. If they are not in stock, they will be delivered to your address within a week or 10 days.
- Your order will arrive within an average of 1-2 working days (maximum 5 working days for remote areas and locations far from the city centre) from the date it is dispatched, provided you have entered your address clearly, completely and correctly.
